Our latest update gives you greater control and efficiency with a suite of powerful new features:

  • Custom Printing – Custom printing allows you to personalise the appearance of case printouts by uploading a company form, giving you complete control over the appearance of printed cases. Simply drag and drop the fields from your template to have the data appear.
  • Power Platform Integration – We have released a new API to integrate into Microsoft Power Platform, opening a wide range of functionalities, including automating critical incident emails and much more.
  • Title Tagging Codes – Title tagging now supports codes and acronyms instead of full text labels. For example: the company Baulderstone could appear as “BLS” or the activity “Slabs” could be shortened to “SL”.
  • Analysis of Number Metadata – Numbers in templates used to capture quantities and other parameters can now be analysed in analytics by selecting numerical values.
  • Auto Save – Creating a case and accidentally closed your browser? Auto save now automatically saves your case as you enter information.
  • Yellow Sticky Labels – Workflow steps now include a bright yellow sticky label to help direct the user to the place to digitally sign. The feature also automatically scrolls the user down.
  • Close Working Area – We’ve included a new “X” icon in the top right hand corner to close your current view.
  • Heading Text – Templates can now be customised with rich text consisting of different colours, backgrounds and more to help emphasis specific parts of your templates.
  • Case Closure Restrictions – Templates can be customised to restrict users from closing cases with incomplete action items or checklist items.
  • Disable Archiving – Individual templates can now have archiving completely disabled or only enabled for administrators.
  • Custom Rolling Dates in Analytics – Analytics now includes custom rolling dates as a time dimension, enabling users to set upper and/or lower bound time limits for data analysis.
  • Customisable Time Zone for Data Lake – When a data lake connection is established, users now have the possibility to select between UTC or the project’s time zone.
  • BIM Descriptions – BIM models can now be assigned a custom description to help guide users on individual models.
