The latest update delivers greater control and efficiency with a range of powerful new features:
- Multiple Option Select Design – When viewing cases, multi-select fields now have a modernised design and display each option separately, making it easier to distinguish between them.
- Copy Workflows – The new ‘COPY’ button in the toolbar allows users to duplicate workflows with one click, saving users who are setting up similar workflows valuable time.
- OSHA Standard in Safety Rates – Clients in North America can now switch between OSHA and TRIFR systems when viewing safety rate visuals and details.
- Power Platform Connector Updates – New APIs for User and Metadata functions have been introduced, along with support for case URLs as connector parameters, enabling expanded Power Platform capabilities.
- Terminology Update “Cases” to “Templates” – “Cases” has been updated to “Templates” in the register search screen and analytics visual editor to align with Glaass platform terminology.
- Case ID Counter Number in Title Tagging – Title Tagging now supports inclusion of the Case ID counter, ideal for global, sequential numbering in case titles.
- Line Breaks in ITP Checklists – Data can now be entered across multiple lines in ITP checklist item fields, improving readability and formatting.
- ITP Data in Data Lake – Information from ITPs within a project’s Lot cases can now be pushed to the Data Lake, enabling deeper insights in Power BI.
- “This Month” in Analytics – “This Month” period option has been added to analytics visuals, enabling users to track the current month’s metrics in an easier manner.
