We are proud to announce our involvement in the PerGenova Breakwater Project in Genoa, Italy, a globally significant marine infrastructure initiative led by Webuild.
This project marks Glaass’ first major engagement in Italy and reinforces our commitment to supporting complex infrastructure with scalable digital solutions across Europe.
The New Genoa Breakwater is the largest intervention ever undertaken to strengthen Italy’s port sector and will be the deepest dam of its kind in Europe, reaching seabed depths of up to 50 metres.
The breakwater will span over 6 kilometres and enable Genoa to accommodate ultra-large container ships and world-class cruise vessels, transforming the port into a strategic logistics hub for the Mediterranean and the Trans-European Transport Network.
Glaass is proud to support the PerGenova Breakwater consortium with our construction management platform, helping streamline Quality documentation, workflows, and compliance across all phases of this offshore engineering feat.
