Our latest update gives you greater collaboration capabilities with a suite of exciting new features:
- Locking Fields in Templates to Specific Users or Groups – control who can input information into case fields by locking fields to certain users and/or groups.
- Restrict Editing of Fields in Templates – Restrict users, administrators, or both from editing fields after they input data and save or update a Case.
- Restrict Reopening of Cases – Cases in closed status can now be restricted from being reopened entirely or only by administrators.
- Disable Free Text Next to Title Tag – When Title Tagging is enabled, projects may opt to disable free text next to the Title Tag for specific templates.
- Glaass UI Redesign – Updates to the left and middle column elements to a more modern, functional design.
- Search Bar in Middle Column – Search for information more easily in the middle column by using the new search functionality at the top of middle column.
- Move and Menu Pop Up – New pop up dialog when moving cases or folders or pressing the menu button in fields with options.
- Data Lake Transformation Improvement – Complete re-formatting of the structure of the data that is exported to Power BI (BYO Data Lake feature).
- Relocation of BIM Module – BIM module is now part of the left column
- Bulk / Batch Binders – Request and download binders in bulk from the register results screen instead of requesting them one by one.
- Mandatory Workflows – Enable Mandatory Workflows to restrict users from creating a case in a Template without adding a workflow.
- Pre-selected Filters in Analytics – Depending on the Analyse option chosen in Analytics widgets, pre-selected filters will come up in the widget edit screen.
- Shared Register Searches preserve Metadata Selection and Ordering – Sharing a Saved Register Search with other users preserves the metadata that was selected, as well as the order of the columns in the Search Results screen.
