These Conditions apply to the use of the website of www.glaass.net (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") and its entire content. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should leave the Site immediately.

All names, logos and trademarks on this Site are the property of Glaass ApS, CVR-nr. (Danish company no.) 37495786 (hereinafter referred to as the “Owner”), and its affiliated companies or business partners may only be used with prior written permission from the Owner.

The contents of the Site, such as text, graphics, icons, images, sound files and software, are the property of either the Owner or the Owner's business partners and are protected under the Danish Copyright Act and other legislation.

The Site shall be used in a responsible and respectful manner. You may not attempt to breach or circumvent Site security ("Hacking") or use the Site in connection with any such activities. Furthermore, it is prohibited to use the Site to the following, but not restricted to this; breach any law or regulations, third party rights, mislead or deceive, post or send junk or spam mail, collect personal data, use the Site for your own or others commercial benefit without written consent from the Owner.

Protection

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or public display of the Site or any parts thereof is contrary to the Danish Copyright Act and may result in civil and criminal sanctions. Nor is it permitted to remove messages or material available concerning copyright or the like from the Site.

Downloading and other digital reproduction of the Site contents or any parts thereof are only permitted for personal, non-commercial use, unless otherwise agreed with the Owner. No reproduction of the Site contents by use of proxy servers is permitted.

The Owner shall observe the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data (Persondataloven) in its processing of personal data. Users may contact the Owner to get information on the data processed about them or to have the data deleted or corrected.

The Owner shall process all personal data received in a confidential manner and may not in any event pass on any such information to a third party. The Owner may not use the data for marketing purposes, including circulation of promotion e-mails, unless accepted by the user.

Analysis of data on the Site
